Satyadev carries the entire film on his shoulders with remarkable emotional range, slipping effortlessly between an exuberant, free-spirited youth and a cynical, grieving older man. The supporting cast—including Deepa Thomas as the fiercely independent Renuka—equally shines in their heavily metaphorical roles. Technically, the movie is being celebrated for its brilliant production design, which shifts seamlessly between vintage tableaux and surreal dreamscapes. Furthermore, Smaran Sai’s sweeping background score adds an operatic and deeply theatrical layer to the viewing experience
